Since we invite you to try this fun and irresistible homemade candy recipe for children. You just have to follow these steps:

1. Boil half a liter of water. Place the dates in a bowl and cover with the boiling water; let them rest for 10 minutes.

2. Strain the water from the dates and reserve on kitchen paper.

3. Meanwhile, prepare a chocolate coating: Melt 60 grams of unsalted butter in a saucepan, add 2 level tablespoons of cocoa, stir well and remove from heat. Reservation.

4. Pit and chop the dates, add half a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of vanilla extract and two tablespoons of melted butter. Chop the mixture in a mixer or electric chopper until it forms a paste.

5. Pour the pasta into a container, cover it with plastic wrap and freeze for 30 minutes.
